In view of this, we have developed this Privacy Policy, which describes the procedure for collecting and using information (including confidential information) and personal data arising from any interaction between the user and the «GLOBAL SECUREX» (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Product’) brand, its products, services, platforms, communications, and other company channels — regardless of whether such interaction occurs through devices, software, web resources, physical points of contact, electronic means of communication, or any other form of using the brand.

The Privacy Policy contains a detailed description of the information we collect, its purpose, use, storage and protection, and how you can verify the accuracy of the information collected and request that it be amended or deleted. • to detect, investigate, prevent and take measures to counter security breaches, fraud, criminal activity or technical issues.

In certain circumstances, we may disclose personal information to third parties where you consent to such disclosure and confirm this action.

Where we receive information about you from third parties, or where you provide information about third parties, such information may be processed solely for the purposes for which it was provided.

We understand that personal information is of great value to everyone, therefore we take all necessary security measures (administrative, technical and physical safeguards) when collecting, processing and storing the personal information you provide, to protect it from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, disclosure or accidental/unlawful destruction.
