Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Global Security website, products and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• “Company”, “we”, “us” — “Security Holding” LLC, the operator of the Global Security website and Services;
• “User”, “you” — any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Services;
• “Services” — the website, products, tools and any related services provided by the Company;
• “Content” — any text, graphics, images, software and other materials made available through the Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair them, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

Where the Services allow you to request a quote, place an order or book a service, the details displayed (including prices and availability) are provided for information purposes and may be subject to confirmation by the Company.

A binding agreement is formed only once the Company confirms your order or booking. All prices are stated in the applicable currency and, where required, include or exclude taxes as indicated. Payment terms will be communicated to you before the provision of the relevant service.

When using the Services, you agree:

• to provide accurate, current and complete information where requested;
• to keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with third parties;
• not to use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity;
• not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or related systems.

All Content and materials available through the Services, including the Global Security name, logo, design, text and graphics, are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Protection of Personal Data’.

We may update or amend these Terms from time to time, including in response to changes in legal requirements or our Services. Any changes will take effect once published on the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.
